448 will be with you every step of the way to help you configure SoftRecruit for your Donor Center. We'll create a project plan and implementation schedule that works best for you. Once SoftRecruit has been configured, we will train your staff (recruiters, managers, marketing, IT), and get everyone up to speed. Additional training is available on an as-needed basis for new hires or even refresher courses.

448 will also provide consulting services, such as best practices on setting up Site & Drive Profiles, Email Marketing and Deliverability, List Creation, Tele-Recruitment, Task Management, Reporting, and Creating Workflows. We can provide practical advice based on our recruitment experience and knowledge of SoftRecruit that goes well beyond what would be considered training.

Support will always be right at your fingertips, you can reach us by phone, email, chat, and even text. Our typical support hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM CST, however, you will always have after-hours support contacts for emergencies.
