APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
To increase the show-rate of donors with whom we schedule appointments, we place personal reminder calls to each of them. With your approval we can also send a confirmation email or text reminder. If a donor can't make their original appointment date, we are able to reschedule them to a future date 75% of the time. Confirmations and Reminders = Increased Attendance.
